Board of Directors of The Music Academy

A Note from our Board President

For 60 years, The Music Academy has been the region's leading non-profit community music school; and we continue to encourage children and adults to pursue music for its multiple rewards: cultivating a new interest, a rewarding educational challenge, appreciation of the arts, pleasure, relaxation, and more.

Our environment is one where students seeking preparation for a professional career, as well as those interested in "playing for fun," are equally encouraged. We welcome students of all ages and skill levels, and our primary objective is to help them realize their "personal best." Our faculty members hold degrees (many of them advanced) in the instruments they teach, ensuring that you and your family will receive the highest quality of instruction and education available.

The Music Academy continues valuable arts traditions, such as student recitals, workshops, performance opportunities, scholarship competitions, special events, and an extensive music library. We also offer convenient payment plans, a first-class facility, and plenty of parking. We will continue to make every effort to offer your family a rewarding experience in the arts, and we welcome hearing from you.

Best wishes,
