Returning Students: First, please reach out to your instructor to arrange your lesson days/times before completing this form. New Students: Please submit an Inquiry Form and we will assign you to an instructor.

Complete the Registration Form below. Once your response is received, keep an eye on your email. We will set up your lesson plan and generate an invoice to be paid through our online registration portal.

Payment Instructions:

• If opting for the monthly payment plan, your first invoice will be due upon registration and will consist of your annual registration fee and your first month's lessons. The invoice may be paid online with debit or credit card. (Use a debit card to avoid the 3% fee!) All future invoices will be auto-billed on the 1st of every month and can be paid by debit/credit card or ACH/Bank Account.

• If paying by check for the full semester, payment must be received by the time of the first lesson by dropping a check in the payment box in the TMA vestibule, available 24/7.
