NEW OFFERING
NEW OFFERING
BEGINS FEBRUARY 11!
Group Piano for Adults, Beginner I
The Music Academy's NEW Adult Group Piano courses are designed to bring the joy of music to adults who wish to develop a new skill or desire to return to a skill they enjoyed as a child. Group Piano for Adults, Beginner I and Beginner II, are ideal for adults who love music, enjoy hands-on exploration, and enjoy the option of music socially in a group setting.
The Beginner I level is designed for those who have never taken piano or are looking to refresh their music reading skills. Beginner II will be offered in future semesters as a continuation of this course.
During each 50-minute class, students will enjoy playing on The Music Academy's Yamaha Clavinova electric pianos and will have opportunities throughout the 15-week course to practice with headsets on and then demonstrate their skills to the class. Activities include basic music theory, technique, and musical expression.
Now is the time to learn a new skill or return to those piano lessons that you wish you would have continued as a child! This class is perfect for friends, family or colleagues who may want to learn together!
