The State College Junior Folk Band: directed by Carol Pharo (starts Sept 9th)
Selected (according to level) middle- and high-school students prepare a performance-oriented ensemble repertoire, including Celtic, Old-Time, Bluegrass and Klezmer styles. Guest instructors will include David Curley, Irish music specialist, and Jerry Trusty, Old-Time/Bluegrass banjo and guitar.
